Common Problems And Solutions:

My train runs but I can't hear any train sounds. What should I do?
1. Check batteries in coal or tender car to see if they are charged. Replace if necessary.
2. Check volume level switch centrally located under coal car or tender. Turn up volume if necessary.
3. Check to make sure power wire on the back of the engine is properly inserted in the front of the tender.
(See video below)

The train is not working, but green light is on the power box. How do I get power to the train?
1. Make sure all track pieces are connected securely.
2. Make sure engine and tender are hooked together securely. (See video below)
3. Make sure all train wheels are properly on the track.
4. Make sure the electrical pickup is hooked up to the track as well as to the back of the dc posts on the power pack. (See video below)

My train works but will not produce smoke out of the smoke stack. What should I do to make the train create the smoke?
1. Place the Smoke Fluid into the opening of the Smoke Generator and onto the cotton swab. Do not over fill with the Smoke Fluid. Make sure the Smoke Fluid is only added a couple drops at a time. (See instructions below)
2. Let the train run 2-3 minutes to allow the oil to cycle.
